What is the average shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-installed fixtures in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized items.
Are your LED bulbs included with the lamps?
Most of our fixtures come with high-efficiency LED bulbs included. Please check the 'Specifications' section on individual product pages to confirm for each specific model.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all Nova Lights products include comprehensive assembly guides. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your light fixture arrives broken or damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement free of charge.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nova Lights fixtures are backed by a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical components.
